有点不太明白，有志愿时链接和论坛链接的项目，是否要2个地方一起报名？如果只在志愿时报名是否作准？若只在论坛报名并参加活动后时数是否记入志愿时（志愿时有很多培训和项目需要时数兑换或优先）？
